These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, WooCommerce plugins, and AI-powered ERP integrations (including connections with TallyPrime, ERPNext, Zoho Books, and other business software). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our software or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, licenses, or download software, you must register for an account on erpai.in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

2. Software Licensing & Use Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, software, plugins, and custom code provided by ERPAI are licensed under standard WordPress/WooCommerce GPL guidelines or proprietary software license terms depending on the specific product tier:

  • License Keys: License keys grant you access to automatic software updates, bug fixes, and technical support for the duration of your active subscription period (annual or monthly).
  • Usage Scope: License keys are valid for the specific number of domain installations specified at purchase. Unauthorised redistribution, reselling, or sharing of license keys is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

  • Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on our website are subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. Currency options (such as INR, USD, EUR, etc.) are specified during checkout.
  • Automatic Renewals: Subscription-based plugins automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your account dashboard.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. ERPAI does not store payment card information directly on its servers.

4. Custom Services & Technical Support

Custom integration work (e.g., bespoke ERP connectors or product imports) will be governed by project scopes agreed upon in writing. Technical support for plugins is available via our official help desk for active license holders. Support covers software bug fixes and installation assistance, but does not extend to third-party server configurations or non-standard theme conflicts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, graphics, and original technical documentation published on erpai.in are the intellectual property of ERPAI. Third-party logos and software names mentioned (such as WooCommerce, TallyPrime, ERPNext, Zoho, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used strictly for compatibility identification purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ERPAI, its team, and directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, lost profits, store downtime, or accounting sync mismatches) resulting from the use or inability to use our software, plugins, or services. We strongly recommend testing all plugin updates in a staging environment prior to live deployment.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or revoke license access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or abuse our support infrastructure.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punjab/Mohali, India.
