2. Custom Services & Integration Turnaround

For bespoke software integration services (such as custom ERP setup, catalog imports, or server-side connector deployments), technical onboarding typically begins within 24 to 48 business hours following project specification sign-off and receipt of necessary staging details.

3. Physical Companion Hardware (If Applicable)

In cases where physical companion hardware is purchased, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and dispatched via standard regional courier partners. Tracking details will be shared via email once dispatched.
