Most helpdesk plugins treat a ticket and an order as two unrelated things, so someone on your team ends up copying order numbers back and forth. This ties them together: customers open a ticket from a Support Tickets tab in their WooCommerce My Account page, and every ticket stores and shows the order it relates to. On the admin side, tickets live in their own wp-admin screen with full list and edit views, and the order edit screen gets a Support Tickets panel with a “+ New Ticket For This Order” button, so you can see an order’s whole conversation history without leaving it.
Notifications follow one simple rule: whoever didn’t just act gets told. A new ticket or a customer reply alerts you; a staff reply alerts the customer. Owner alerts go out by email and, if the separate Telegram Order Notifications plugin is also active, by Telegram. Customer alerts go out by email. Emails use WordPress’s standard mail function, so they work with whatever SMTP or transactional-email plugin your store already uses — no separate mail setup inside this plugin.
Worth knowing before you buy: browser push notifications to the customer are not switched on out of the box. The plugin fires a single hook for them, and a push-notification plugin has to be connected to that hook before they send; until then, tickets, email and Telegram all work normally and only the push step does nothing. Each channel (Telegram, email, push) can be turned on or off independently from the settings screen.
Pricing note: set as a standard ERPAI small-plugin price rather than derived from a researched competitor figure — re-benchmark against current WooCommerce ticket-system plugins before relying on it long-term.
